[EDIT]
Okay, thanks a lot people for the numerous opinions about this tablet issue.
I bookmarked a few sites and all, but I decided I'm going to wait a little since this is not an emergency or anything like that.
I might even buy one here in chile so yeah. Looking well there are good deals, I'm just going to wait and see if the dollar value goes up a little more.
Did you try looking for Genius.com or try Wacom.com? Wacom is expensive though. I think the best would probably be...oh, wait...they don't have Craigslist.com in Chile huh...
well, sorry i couldn't help, but i'm sure someonewill help soon enuff
I honestly have to say, that if you're going to get a tablet, you should go for a Wacom. In my experience, few tablets work as well and even fewer last as long. They may be pricier ($90 and up) but you are most certainly getting what you pay for.
If you're just starting to get into tablets, I recommend the Graphire line, they have less functionality that the Intuos line, but are basically the same.
Anyways, just my 2 cents...

Nope, sorry. Don't know of anything that would help. Good luck with that.
(I don't like eBay, either. I had someone order something from there for me once, so I guess it could be called a necessary evil, but yeah.)

Well, I can't help much on paypal as I don't use it... But, I have an Aiptek tablet, and while it's no Wacom, I still think it works great for what I do ^^ Got mine for $60 or so, but that was a few years back and I just checked online at Frys and didn't see it =/
It would probably better to spend more money on something you know is going to work, rather than taking a risk on something you're unsure of. Remember, you get what you pay for in most cases.
Well geniusnet.com just gave me a list of stores where their products are available here in chile .-.
But usually they're more expensive than in the US and such.
oh and.. aw.
Well yeah it sucks living here sometimes xD
