The.. whole title concept.. is something like..
when you can't trust, and can't be trusted... you better hold on to yourself.. take care of yourself...

This was actually pretty quick..
Lineart -> ballpoint pen, 45-60 mins.
Colouring -> faber castell, caran d'ache (black), and prismacolors (green, skin color), 1:20 mins.
