Seriously though, do you use anything special to clean up your scans?

Haha I know! two eyes! (sorry for the late response)
And oh hmm, no actually nope o,o I tend to just... do the simple stuff, have a white sheet behind the drawing when scanning, press the scanner lid down when it's scanning so the drawing won't have any wrinkles, and then just.. adjust a little bit some contrast and brightness O:
